is RISE?
RISE (Recognition, Investigation, Solution, Evaluation) provides a framework for
problem solving. It establishes the background infrastructure needed
for a fast, effective and efficient response to problems. It
provides the key steps that that should be taken before, during and
after a problem occurs.
