We specialise in 360-degree
feedback facilitation. We adopt a common, standard approach ensuring
incorporation of best practice principles. Facilitation can be
carried out as a one-off event or as part of an on-going coaching
relationship. 360-degree feedback can also be applied to team
situations were we supply appropriate facilitation support.
Many organisations like to carry out
facilitation internally, and we have a rigorous training and
accreditation procedure that enables clients to be self-sufficient
in this area if they wish.
We run workshops at regular intervals for practitioners and also for those who are new to the technique and want to listen to the experience of others. Several of our clients also contribute sessions at these events.
