Our expertise in project
management means we are able to offer professional consultancy that
not only helps manage the project, but also develops the skills of
those within the organisation. Our style is to come and facilitate
progress, not to act as a contractor purely interested in fire
fighting. Our strong emphasis on developing people means that we
provide and extra pair of hands to move the project forward, but in
a way that fits in with the organisation.
 Our
typical approach is to undertake an initial assessment of the
project to determine the issues being faced and to gather
stakeholder views. We would then outline, in a prioritised way, the
activities required to move the project forward. The scope of this
can vary from looking at the whole project to just working with the
project manager in a coaching capacity to provide expertise in
certain areas. Either way, we seek to ensure not only the project
